Caroline McBrearty, Vito Vintage

Caroline McBrearty
Vito Vintage

A graduate of Limerick School of Art & Design, Caroline opened Vito Vintage in Limerick’s historic Milk Market in 2018. Since then she’s attracted a devoted clientele for her curated collections of unique and sustainable vintage clothing.

“My greatest passion is the world of vintage clothes. I’ve learned with experience to recognise an artfully crafted garment when I come across it, and since opening my shop, I’ve been sourcing these discoveries for like-minded people who share my love of vintage style.”

“I started experimenting, deconstructing and upcycling clothes as a teenager, even pinching my mother’s curtain fabric (sorry mum!) in search of my own style. I love in particular the bold prints and striking patterns of the ’70s and ’80s, and this influence can be seen in my ecclectic mix of Maxi dresses, wool coats and jackets, vintage silk kimonos and blouses, knitwear, bags and accessories.”

Call in or get in touch, I look forward to helping you find your perfect garment.
